The Annapurna Circuit Trek starts from the tropical valley of Khudi by following the beautiful Marsyangdi Valley and ultimately reach Thorong La (5416m), world’s largest mountain pass! Our trail passes many dynamic Himalayan settlements through the Kaligandaki Valley and the Marsyangdi valley.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
  • After arriving at the airport one of our representatives will be there to greet you

  • After hotel check in and a short rest, we organize a trip briefing and introduce you to your guide during the trip

Day 2
Drive to Khudi (800m)
  • Morning breakfast and check out
  • Begins our journey through the hills side along the Trishuli River
  • Enjoy admiring terraced farms and beautiful huts
  • Drive through the Mugling, and ahead towards Pokhara, the paradise city
  • Reach to Dumre and to Besisahar
  • Drive from Besisahar takes us to Khudi, along the wide trail 
  • Enjoy the first glimpse of the gorgeous Manaslu range
  • Overnight at Khudi 
Day 3
Khudi to Sirung (2,200m)
  • Morning breakfast
  • Continue ascents and descents trek through crossing a few suspension bridges and waterfalls
  • Trek across rice paddies and a subtropical forest
  • Rreach Sirung village and cross Tamang settlement of Taranche
  • Enjoy closed views of Nadi Chuli and Manaslu mountains from Sirung
  • Overnight at Sirung
Day 4
Sirung to Jagat (1,300m)
  • • Morning breakfast
  • • Trek today relatively easy trail
  • Trek through the terraces of the village and hit forest, ferns and woodland
  • Heard a creeping sound of a variety of birds
  • Pass through several small villages and a few temples on the way 
  • Cross a suspension bridge over Sangu Khola at Mipra then again at Syange over the Marshyangdi River
  • Enjoy waterfall nearby the bridge
  • Trek alongside the mighty Marshyangdi River and we cross one more bridge and reach Jagat
  • Overnight at Jagat
Day 5
Jagat to Dharapani (1,960m)
  • • Morning breakfast
  • • Trek descends from Jagat until it reaches the river and then continues through a lush forest
  • • Ascent through the sharp-edged cliff facing the riverbank
  • explore the Chyamje with the glorious backdrop of towering Annapurna mountain ranges
  • Cross a suspension bridge
  • Climb steeply towards the slippery and physically challenging path to Sattale
  • Descend to a grassy riverbank that leads to Tal
  • Trek through the rugged and winding way
  • Cross steeply-forested village of Karte
  • Enjoy seeing waterfalls and cliffs, and further trek leads to Dharapani
  • Overnight in Dharapani
Day 6
Dharapani to Chame (2,710m)
  • Morning breakfast
  • Today we walk through a few forested ridges on our way to Chame
  • Continue the trek with the astonishing views of the Himalayas including Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV (7,525m)
  • Enjoy bathing in the Natural hot springs and release the aching muscles
  • Overnight in Chame
Day 7
Chame to Pisang (3,300m)
  • Morning breakfast
  • Continue trek through a steep and narrow path by following dense forests
  • During the trek you can witness curved rock face, rising 1500m from the river
  • Trek steep through the Marshyangdi Valley
  • Enjoy majestic vistas
  • Explore the Paungda Danda
  • Reach Lower Pisang and stay overnight
Day 8
Pisang to Manang (3,519m)
  • Morning breakfast
  • Trek through the Upper Pisang route via Geru
  • Enjoy the excellent views of the beautiful landscape and the mighty mountains including Annapurna and Pisang
  • Trek through the beautiful landscape and vegetation from today
  • Visit to Barge monastery, the largest monastery in the entire district of Manang
  • Overnight at Manang
Day 9
Manang: Acclimatization day
  • Morning breakfast
  • Hike to either Bhojo Gumba or Gangapurna Lake
  • Trek to Braga Village 
  • Overnight in Manang
Day 10
Manang to Yak Kharka (4,110m)
  • • Morning breakfast
  • • Trek continue through the Manang village by crossing a stream
  • Climbs towards Tenki village and climb out of the Marshyangdi Valley
  • Follow the valley of Jarsang Khola
  • Trek rail follows passing few pastures and a scrub of juniper trees
  • The further trail passes small village of Ghunsa
  • Trek through meadows where you can witness horses and yaks graze
  • Cross a small river on a wooden bridge, and explore an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow
  • Reach Yak Kharka, a small village.
  • Overnight at Yak Kharka
Day 11
Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,600m)
  • Morning breakfast and departure
  • Trek continue uphill to Thorang Phedi and after walking few more times cross a suspension bridge
  • Pass Ledar village and ascend furthermore and pass through towering cliffs
  • Explore Thorang Phedi, the last village
  • Enjoy the best views of Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak and Mt. Khatungkan
  • Overnight in Thorong Phedi
Day 12
Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong La pass (5,416m)
  • Morning breakfast and departure
  • Cross Thorong La pass, one of the highest passes in the world
  • Continue trek and crossing the pass from east to west (Manang to Muktinath)
  • Take a few photos of the Thorong La pass, the natural beauty before heading to Muktinath Valley
  • Overnight in Muktinath
Day 13
Muktinath to Marpha (2,670m)
  • Morning breakfast
  • Explore Muktinath, an important pilgrimage sites for both Hindus and Buddhists
  • Visit to a Vishnu Temple and a Gompa
  • Descend from Ranipauwa village down to the steep and barren hillside and reach to the Kagbeni
  • Further trek will lead us to the Jomsom and finally arriving at Marpha
  • Trek through the Kali Gandaki River, the world's deepest gorge 
  • explore the barren landscape, which represent Tibet
  • Enjoy visiting the apple gardens and taste the special apples of Marpha
  • You can buy different items made from apples too
  • Overnight at Marpha
Day 14
Marpha to Kalopani (2,530 m)
  • Morning breakfast and departure
  • Continue journey by taking a new route toward Kalopani via Chokhopani village 
  • Visit across traditional villages of the ethnic Thakali people
  • Enjoy viewing beautiful apple gardens.
  • Get panoramic views of Dhaulagari, Tukuche, Nilgiri, Fang and Annapurna I mountains 
  • Leave Chokhopani, and continue the trail towards Kokhethanti 
  • Cross a river and come across the newly constructed road site before reaching Kalopani
  • Overnight at Kalopani
Day 15
Kalopani to Tatopani (1,200m)
  • Morning breakfast and departure
  • Continue walk mostly downhill 
  • Cross the bridge at Ghasa and follow the subtropical forests, lush with vegetation 
  • Our trail continues along the famous Rupse Chahara (waterfall)
  • Continue down the east bank from Kopchepani via Garpar to a bridge at Dana
  • Encounter with the local people and their unique culture
  • And finally reach Tatopani and take some rest and you can have an experience of bathing in the natural hot water spring
  • Overnight at Tatopani
Day 16
Tatopani to Ghorepani (2,850m)
  • Morning breakfast and departure
  • Continue trail by following the Kali Gandaki and head up the Ghar Khola valley
  • The trail leads us through a terraced farmland with mountains all around
  • Pass through the villages of Shikha and Chitre before reaching a beautiful rhododendron forest
  • Heading further on the trail we reach to Ghorepani, a beautiful village located at a ridge
  • Overnight in Ghorepani
Day 17
Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2,700m)
  • Early morning before breakfast around 4am
  • Hike to Poonhill (3210m)
  • Enjoy with the Panoramic Mountain Views & beautiful Sunrise Views
  • Trek down to Ghorepani and have breakfast
  • Around 6 hrs trek to reach Tadapani
  • Climbs along ridges and through the beautiful pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali
  • Descend and reach to Banthanti, before winding our way to Tadapani
  • Overnight at Tadapani
Day 18
Tadapani to Pokhara (827m/2,789ft) via Ghandruk
  • Morning breakfast
  • Continue the trek towards Ghandruk
  • Descent and reach to the big Gurung Village called Ghandruk
  • Encounter with the Gurung people and their unique culture and traditions 
  • Enjoy excellent close views of Annapurna South, Machhapurchhe and Himachuli 
  • About 1 hour drive takes you back to Pokhara
  • Overnight at the hotel in Pokhara
Day 19
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
  • Morning breakfast
  • Drive back to Kathmandu
  • Rest in the hotel and enjoy watching pictures which were captured in the trek
  • Enjoy the day leisurely or catch up on some last-minute shopping
