Begin your Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek from Kathmandu with a drive or flight to Pokhara. Further, drive to Nayapool from Pokhara to begin your hiking. Now, ascend via picturesque traditional settlements and magnificent landscapes. You will also enjoy melodious creeks and lush forest on the trail. Pass more than 3000 thousand stone steps of Ulleri, arrive at Banthanti and continue hiking via lush rhododendron and natural water falls till we get Ghorepani. Ghorepani unveils astonishing views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Machhapuchhre.

Climb Poonhill early in the morning, capture stupendous Dhaulagiri, Annapurna massif, alluring Machhapuchhre( Fishtail), Manaslu and Ganesh Himal with stunning surnise. Now, trek to Tadapani celebrating equally incredible mountain panorama, lush rhododendron and melodious water falls. We pass Chhomrong, Bamboo and Deurali and arrive at Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Our further attempt, finally, takes us the most awaited Annapurna Base Camp which marvels us offering the most majestic views of Annapurna. In fact, we are totally stunned to see such mountain views just in front of our eyes. This moment will be the life changing to everyone.

We also experience a distinct taste of yoga every morning and diverse species of flora and fauna in Annapurna Conservation Area, the largest protected area of the world.

While backtracking, we enjoy hot spring at Jhino Danda. We get relaxed and refreshed dipping our exhausted body into the lukewarm natural water ponds here. We go to end our Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek to Pothana. From Pothana, we take a drive to Pokhara and take another drive or flight to Kathmandu.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu- Brief Orientation (1,300m/4,264ft)

Arrive in Kathmandu airport. Our representative will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel. This is 20-30 minutes drive from Kathmandu airport to Thamel. Get refreshed and you will attend an orientation organized by........... This orientation is about the trip you are undertaking from next day. You will also be introduced your guide at the orientation. Overnight at hotel in Kahtmandu.

Day 2
Fly or drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

Flying to Pokhara takes 25 minutes and the drive for 6-7 hours. The flight is optional and has to pay extra cost but the drive is included. We drive along Prithvi highway in a deluxe tourist bus named Mountain Overland. We also see famous Trishuli river and people doing rafting. Pass Mugling and Damauli and finally arrive in Pokhara. On the way, you will enjoy beautiful country setting. If you arrive Pokhara earlier by flight, you can explore Pokhara city.  Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 3
Pokhara to Tikhe Dhunga (1495m/4905ft) Duration: 5 Hours

Drive to Nayapool after breakfast. It is around 1.30 hrs drive. You will begin hiking from Nayapool. Enjoy your first day's walk passing through lush forest and traditional settlements. Similarly, you will feel relaxed with the melody of natural water falls and crystal clear creeks. You will encounter a steep just for 15 minutes at the final section of today's trek. Overnight at lodge at Tikhedhunga.

Day 4
Tikhe Dhunga to Ghorepani (2850m/9348ft) Duration: 7 Hours

Today's trek is relatively challenging because we are going to work for the whole day for 8-10 hours to get Ghorepani. You may get sacred of getting altitude sickness getting altitude more than 1400m in one day. But it is not the case below 3000m.

Initially, we cross suspension bridge and begin to climb Ulleri. We hit more than 3000 stone steps going all the way up and get Banthanti. Now, the trail gets into lush forest mostly rhododendron. We also enjoy natural water falls till we get Ghorepani. Ghorepani provides us incredible views of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Machhapuchhre. Overnight at lodge at Ghorepani.

Day 5
Hike to Poon Hill for sunrise then trek to Tadapani (2500m/8200ft) Duration: 6-7 Hours

Rise early in the morning and hike up to Poonhill. Poonhill offers us stupendous sunrise and mountain panorama include giant Dhaulagiri, Annapurna massif, Machhapuchhre, Ganesh Himal and Manaslu. Walk down to Ghorepani, take breakfast and trek to Tadapani. Trekking to Tadapani from Ghorepani is equally spectacular via lush rhododendron and rhythmic water fall. First, you will ascend and enjoy flat trail. Then, you will have descent till you get the river. cross the bridge and ascend up to Tadapani. Overnight at lodge at Tadapani.

Day 6
Tadapani to Chhomrong (2020m/6625ft) Duration: 5 Hours

Trek down via lush forest till you get the flat trail. You will trek on the flat trail for more than 3 hour. Pass via numerous traditional settlements and you will finally arrive at Chhomrong above Jhino. Overnight at lodge at Chhomrong.

Day 7
Chhomrong to Dovan (2600m/8528ft) Duration: 5 Hours

Begin your trek after breakfast. Trek via picturesque traditional settlements and lush forest. Meet the friendly local people. Protect yourself from leech during summer. After 5-6 hours of walk into the absolute wilderness, we get Dovan. Overnight at lodge at Dovan.

Day 8
Dovan to Deurali (3200m/10500ft) Duration: 4 Hours

Trek via Annapurna Conservation Area; enjoy the walk with a complete freedom. Sometimes, you may feel a bit difficult to climb up, feel relaxed and take altitude slowly. We will encounter with some steep cliffs on today's trail. Handle them properly. Overnight at lodge at Deurali.

Day 9
Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4210m/13810ft) Duration: 5 hours

Trekking to Machhapuchhre Base Camp from Deurali is a bit challenging today. Pass Machhapuchhre Base Camp and enjoy majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli and Gangapurna. Further, hike to Annapurna Base Camp and celebrate more astonishing Annapurna massif, Machhapuchhre, Himchuli and other alluring mountain peaks. Overnight at lodge at Annapurna Base Camp.

Day 10
Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310m/7575ft) Duration: 7 hours

Capture mesmerizing mountain panorama with the stunning sunrise and trek down to Bamboo. Annapurna massif, Machhapuchhre, Himchuli and other alluring mountain peaks are absolutely majestic with sunrise. We follow the same trail all the way down to Bamboo. First, we trek down to Machhapuchhre Base and finally to Bamboo. Overnight at lodge at Bamboo.

Day 11
Bamboo to Jhinu Danda hot spring (1780m/5840ft) Duration: 6 hours

Trek down to Chhomrong first. We still follow the same trail we used previously while ascending to Annapurna Base Camp. Ascend to Jhino Danda from Chhomrong. Enjoy hot spring at Jhino Danda. You will feel relaxed to dip your body into the lukewarm natural water ponds at Jhino. Overnight at lodge at Jhino Danda.

Day 12
Jhinu Danda to Pothana ( 1780- 1700m ) Duration: 5 Hours

Trek down till you get the suspension bridge. Cross the suspension bridge, trek along the riverside and you will cross another suspension bridge and board your trek to Landruk side. Hike up to Landruk, a popular Gurung village in Annapurna region, have lunch there. Our further trek for more than 3 hours finally takes u to Pothana. Pothana also offers us magnificent Annapurna massif. Overnight at Lodge at Pothana.

Day 13
Pothana to Pokhara ( from Ghattekulo)

Initially, we trek to Dhampus all the way down. Pass Dhampus and follow the descent till we get Ghattekulo. Our private vehicle will be waiting for us and we drive back to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 14
Free Day in Pokhara

This is day to explore Pokhara city. You can do various exciting activities in Pokhara include Pokhara sightseeing tour, boating in Phewa Lake, hike up to World Peace Stupa, Hike up to Sarangkot, Paragliding or Annapurna Base Camp Heli Tour. Besides, you can enjoy the shopping and go to the restaurant and enjoy your favorite dishes. We will organize the trip according to your desire in Pokhara for this free day. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 15
Drive/ Fly to Kathmandu

Some may choose flight to Kathmandu which costs extra. Flight will be for 25 minutes and the drive takes around 6-7 hours. Both flight and the drive are beautiful. Pass Trishuli river, arrive at Thankoy and finally in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 16

We will drop you to the Kathmandu Airport to catch you international flight and say goodbye to you. Hoping to see you again.
